Quality Inn Payson I-15

This is a great facility. The woman who checked me in was very nice. The room was modern and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and I never heard any other guests. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. I was very impressed with the breakfast room and the breakfast that was served. The room was large with plenty of tables. I got down there about 8:30am and the room was immaculate. The area with the food was very clean. Wide variety of hot food choices and everything tasted great. I spoke with the woman who ran the breakfast room. She does an awesome job and deserves the credit. I'll stay there again when in the area.

Check in was awesome, we even received treats for the pups. Room was very small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a simple complimentary breakfast and served our needs just fine.

Staff were very responsive when fridge didn't seem to work. Fixed it in a couple minutes. Comfortable bed and room.

Breakfast was good. Typical waffles, eggs, sausage... lots of other usual options. Hot coffee was good. The man who checked me in had superb customer service skills.

The hotel was just fine... Until the water lines broke and started to come in our room. They gave us another, at 2am and didn't charge us for the night. They were good that way, and we did ok with the lost sleep.
