Quality Inn Payson I-15

This is a great facility. The woman who checked me in was very nice. The room was modern and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and I never heard any other guests. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. I was very impressed with the breakfast room and the breakfast that was served. The room was large with plenty of tables. I got down there about 8:30am and the room was immaculate. The area with the food was very clean. Wide variety of hot food choices and everything tasted great. I spoke with the woman who ran the breakfast room. She does an awesome job and deserves the credit. I'll stay there again when in the area.

Check in was awesome, we even received treats for the pups. Room was very small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a simple complimentary breakfast and served our needs just fine.

They were undergoing remodeling, but were mostly clean. There were some construction supplies on hallway floors. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The seals around the door to our room was awful—there were huge gaps around the entire perimeter, so it was noisy and bright.

I loved that you provided breakfast, both hot foods and cold. And since I have a son in a wheelchair, I am always assessing the adequacy of accessibility for him and you knocked it out of the park!

Location was excellent for our purposes. Also appreciated the staff putting out breakfast a bit early as we, and a number of other guests, had to leave very early each day we stayed.
